‘No Phorm’ logos
Recently, Phorm started operation.
Large websites were urged to opt out, and the wave has started. Amazon.co.uk, for example, have told Phorm that they may not use data from their website. The Open Rights Group have welcomed the decision of such companies.
In the comments on the Open Rights Group announcement, there were calls to create a logo for websites owners to display to show that they have opted out of Phorm.
I whipped out Gimp and knocked up a few logos quickly, and here they are. I will add logos, and improve on these when I get some spare time.

Incidentally, if you would like to opt out your website from scans by Phorm, send an email to website-exclusion@webwise.com stating which domains you would like excluded.
Those all look quite nice. I’m not sure that any of them portray the fact that the website being viewed has opted out of Phorm though…
Also, are they all totally free to use?
@Mike The “We said no to Phorm” logo is probably closest logo which shows that you’ve opted out; the idea that I had when I created the logos was that people could use the logo to link to a page explaining fully what the logo meant, and why they chose to opt out. If you’ve got any logo ideas, I’d be happy to explore the possibilities.
All of the logos are completely free to use and modify as you wish :-)
I have just added three logos to the collection: A small “Opted Out” button, a medium “Opted out of Phorm” button, and a version of the more subltle “no Phorm” logo which has a “We opted out” subtitle. These should make it a little more clear that a site has directly opted out of Phorm.
I’ve added another couple of variants. This is too addictive!
